Costumes

For the interview with Kira Jones, we wanted her to wear anything particularly out of the ordinary, as she was shown as an average Tumblr user. 

We wanted the documentarian to look smart-casual, as the one of the interviews was with a social media expert, and therefore a more serious interview, but the interview with Kira Jones was more casual, and we didn't want the documentarian to be out of place at either.

Props

One of the props we used was a laptop, on which we displayed a Tumblr page during the interview with Kira Jones. This was partly to show the audience the site, and partly to present Kira as a regular user.

We also used a car during filming, to show the documentarian travelling to the interviews. We wanted a chance for the documentarian to introduce where they were going and who they were going to interview, and the car worked for this.
