Bus stop research
Since our documentary would be shown on Channel 4, I looked at some examples of advertising that Channel 4 had done. I could only find one bus stop advert by Channel 4, but the layout of the advert matched with the style of the single page adverts and the billboards: a single background image, the name of the show, the date and time it would be shown and the Channel 4 logo. This is the same style I used throughout my own advertising campaign, attempting to match the style of actual Channel 4 adverts.
Billboard research
Since our documentary would be shown on Channel 4, I looked at some examples of advertising that Channel 4 had done. In these examples of billboards, I noticed that similarly to the single page adverts, they usually consisted of just a background image, the name of the show, the date and time it would be shown and the Channel 4 logo, so this is the sort of design that I stuck with, keeping my adverts consistent.
Single page advert research

In these examples of single page adverts, I noticed that they are fairly simple, with just a background image, the title of the show, the date and time it could be seen and the Channel 4 logo itself. This is the sort of design I went for when designing my own single page spread, since I wanted it to look realistic.
