Since our documentary would be shown on Channel 4, I looked at some examples of advertising that Channel 4 had done. In these examples of single page adverts, I noticed that they are fairly simple, with just a background image, the title of the show, the date and time it could be seen and the Channel 4 logo itself. This is the sort of design I went for when designing my own single page spread, since I wanted it to look realistic.
